Shipping and Return Policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 5 to 7 days to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way. FREE SHIPPING:  Orders are shipped free and within 5 to 7 days using USPS first class mail with tracking.  We do not ship outside of the United States at this time. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We offer international shipping to the following countries: [list to come].  At this time, we do not ship to any countries outside of the United States.  When we do your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Oregon Rooted is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES: We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery.  If the product has contamination, the seal hasn’t been broken, and it’s within 7 days after delivery, you will receive a 1 time full refund or equivalent replacement. Your choice.  Please take pictures of contamination and unbroken seal. Email the photos to oregonrooted@gmail.com. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at oregonrooted@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
